This is me and the lesson horse I used to ride. He is a paint qh and some other thing we don't know. I think he is about 11 years old and a little pony. ^that is 2ft at a hunter show at the ky horse park ^^ 2'6 at the same show ^2'6 again

HEres what i think 1- lower my sholders 2-bring leg forward 3-don't land so soon 4-lower my sholders 5-sit closer to saddle 5-leg forward heels down. sholders more towards his neck. I look TERRIBLE!! LOL! I was riding without a martingale wihch just spells disater with Simon so i think we took that jump at 100mph!

In almost all of the picture it looks like your behind, overjumping, or ahead of your horse. You've covered alot of it already but I'll say it again. You need to bring your butt closer to the saddle. Stay in two-point a little longer on the landing side your leg will naturally fall back a little farther, you're hunched over a bit so shoulders back and back a little straighter, or arch your back whatever you prefer. You look the best in the second picture. You and your horse, or the lesson horse look very cute together!

Also in thte hunter show pics the 2'6 was my first time showing that high and I was like nevours. THe second pic after i landed ferom that jump i had a grin from ear to ear. it was my first 2'6 fence. Then the other 2'6 he had just refused so i ignored how i looked. On the 2' it was the second day and i was staving by thenBut i just relized i don't know how i did those releases cause now i can't get them that big with Ginger.
